The Question

The pit of desparation lies somewhere deep inside my head

Its a place of sadness, fears, and darkness

And last but not least, a nice big dose of dread

I find my way to this place more often than I should

And of all I claim I think I know

This is still so misunderstood

I know I am the culprit

I know I chose this path

Now why I continue to choose this place

That is the question, I know I need to ask
